I had a Bob the Builder toy construction table as a kid and one year I went as him for Halloween. Dad and I switched and he was my flashlight holder :)
In my junior year of college, I was an animal science student and one of my forestry friends had his hard hat at lunch so I tried it on for fun.
My house warming present was the book my Dad used to do all of his DIY projects with. Very special
